Nadia Combariza

Nadia Combariza serves as Co-Executive Director of POLEN Transiciones Justas and has more than ten years of experience in mining and energy sector projects. Before joining POLEN, she worked on public policy for rooftop solar in Chile, community-based rural electrification in the Dominican Republic, and with IPSE in Colombia, among other initiatives. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Peace Studies at the University of Giessen, holds Master’s degrees in Environmental Sciences and Natural Resources Management for the Tropics, and is a mechanical engineer.
