This publication analyzes Colombia’s potential to promote green reindustrialization through key sectors such as the manufacturing of household appliances, electrical components, and vehicles. The document studies value chains associated with electricity, hydrogen, biomass, and geothermal energy, identifying opportunities to strengthen national productive capacities, substitute imports, generate employment, and increase local added value. It also offers recommendations to guide industrial policy toward strategic sectors linked to the Just Energy Transition.
