I am pursuing a Master's degree in Environment and Development at the Institute of Environmental Studies at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where I received a scholarship from the TRAJECTS center, and I have an undergraduate degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the Universidad del Magdalena. Before joining POLEN Transiciones Justas, I worked as a young researcher at the Energy Transition Seedbed at the Universidad del Magdalena on projects related to mining and energy conflicts in the Colombian Caribbean. I also did a research stay in the Dominican Republic on collective experiences in community initiatives for a just energy transition, and I am a member of the Observatory of Energy Transformation Policies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
