I work in the field of mobility from a legal perspective, identifying regulatory issues, reviewing regulatory strategies, and supporting the development of public policies on energy efficiency for light and heavy vehicles. I have a Master's degree in Smart Cities from the “Universidad Externado de Colombia” and a specialization in Tax, Customs, and Exchange Law from the “Universidad de la Costa.” Before joining POLEN Just Transitions, I worked in Colombia in the Environmental Affairs Group of the Ministry of Transportation, the Bogotá Mobility Secretariat, ANDI, and Auteco Mobility, leading and developing more than 60 regulations on vehicle safety, active mobility, electromobility, and energy efficiency. I also participated in projects with ICLEI, UNEP, Smart Cities Challenge, and GIZ, contributing to national strategies such as ENMA, ENTS, and ENME.
