Grace is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the Technische Universität Berlin and a research associate at the FossilExit Group. She holds an M.Eng. in Sustainable Energy Management from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and an undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of Medellin. Her research focuses primarily on assessing the impacts of the energy transition on the labor market to identify strategies for a just transition. She has worked in several universities and projects in Colombia, focusing on energy transition, renewable energy, scenario analysis, as well as policy and regulation.
