Andrés is responsible for the organizational development at POLEN Transiciones Justas. He holds a Master's degree in Public Management with a focus on Geogovernance from the University of Potsdam, as well as an undergraduate degree in Geology from the National University of Colombia. Prior to joining POLEN Transiciones Justas, he gained valuable experience working as a scientific advisor and project coordinator in various Latin American countries and Germany, including roles at AIDA Americas and the FLORES Institute of the United Nations University.
