Leonardo Rojas

Leonardo is Director of Polen’s Productive and Labor Transition area. He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Colombia, a Master’s degree in Economic Development from the National University of San Martín in Argentina, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics of Industry and Technology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Before joining Polen TJ, he worked as a researcher at academic institutions, civil society organizations, and multilateral organizations. He also served as an economic advisor to the Bogotá City Council, the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, and the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
