Luisa Fernández Ospina

Luisa is a Researcher in POLEN TJ’s Productive and Labor Transition area, where she analyzes the impacts of the energy transition on employment, productive sectors, and territories. She is a chemical engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Colombia. Before joining POLEN TJ, she contributed to the development of the Just Energy Transition Roadmap and the design of labor reskilling strategies. She also has experience as a lecturer and researcher at several universities in Colombia.
