This publication analyzes Bolivia’s opportunities and challenges in advancing toward a green reindustrialization model that does not depend solely on the extraction of strategic minerals. Based on the study of value chains associated with lithium, hydrogen, electricity, and other renewable technologies, the document identifies sectors with the potential to generate added value, employment, local capacities, and productive linkages. It also offers recommendations on public-private partnerships, technology transfer, public procurement, energy infrastructure, community participation, circular economy, and social, environmental, and gender criteria.
