This publication analyzes Peru’s potential to advance toward green reindustrialization through the processing of strategic minerals, clean manufacturing, and services associated with the energy transition. The document examines value chains linked to hydrogen, electricity, electromobility, the cement industry, and the construction sector, identifying sectors with the capacity to generate added value, employment, and productive linkages. It also offers recommendations to strengthen local production, import substitution, green financing, innovation, labor reconversion, and environmental justice.
