This publication proposes a regulatory glossary to understand and apply key concepts of the Just Energy Transition in Colombia. Through a dialogue between legal tools, human rights, energy justice, political ecology, and community knowledge, the document seeks to contribute to energy democratization and public debate on the transformation of energy systems. More than a compendium of definitions, the glossary is presented as a toolbox to strengthen citizen participation, the defense of rights, and institutional action toward a more just, equitable, and sustainable energy transition.
