Kira Rodas

Kira Rodas works in the mobility area at POLEN Transiciones Justas from a legal perspective, supporting regulatory strategies and public policies on vehicle energy efficiency. She holds a Master’s degree in Smart Cities from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a specialization in Tax, Customs, and Foreign Exchange Law from Universidad de la Costa. Before joining POLEN, she worked at Colombia’s Ministry of Transport, Bogotá’s Secretariat of Mobility, ANDI, and Auteco Mobility on issues related to vehicle safety, active mobility, electromobility, and energy efficiency.
